Returns Policy In the event that the QARC Systems products fail to meet indicated performance statements, the customer is entitled to repair of the QARC software or return of the QARC product for full refund, provided it can be proven without prejudice and absolutely that the QARC Systems product is faulty, unusable and has caused fault to the customer’s business. QARC Systems reserves the right to inspect error reports, system logs and other such computer malfunction indicators to prove that the QARC product is faulty and does not operate as advertised.
